So I posted a goofy short story that I wrote a couple of years ago.
From the "In the Flesh" reading series hosted by Rachel Kramer Bussel, so, of course, I read the sex scene.
My short story "El Niño" was just published in the literary magazine Cantaraville--a publication created by the same people who published my novella this past September. The downloadable PDF is $4.95.Buy it here: http://cantara.squarespace.com/get-cantaraville-two/

Free candy canes and cupcakes will be served.
My short story, "Equilibrium" is in the Fall 2007 issue of Plankton.

It’s the story of a rock star who becomes the public face of the rebel movement in a second US Civil War, a war based on art. You can read an excerpt here (the publisher chose to use a SEX SCENE as the excerpt, which I think is a little weird, but it’s their prerogative; they’re a bit sex-obsessed over there).
